Vashdev B. Rupani
Vashdev B. Rupani is the Chairman cum Non-Executive Director of the Company, aged 75 years, DOB: 01-11-1946, based at Tokyo, Japan, is an entrepreneur having great International Distribution and Supply-Chain experience of being an associate of companies like Casio, Canon, Panasonic, Ikagami, FOR-A and many more Electronics OEMs of Japan.
He completed his formal education in India and Moved to japan in 1964, and started working as a Bridge between Indian and Japanese OEM, and instrumental in creating more than 55 MOU’s. He has also been former Sr. member and former Post bearer of Indo Japan Foundation in Tokyo.
Lalit Lajpat Chouhan
Lalit Lajpat Chouhan is the Managing Director & CFO of the Company, aged 60 years, DOB: 03-08-1961, a Commerce Graduate and Green Certified Grid Management Professional, having vast experience of Finance, HR, Legal, International Business Alliances and Business Development. He has served at Kores (India) Ltd. as Senior Vice President (Planning & Execution), and hold diversified segment experience of Corporate Stationery, Office Automation, Banking Automation, IT Distribution, Textile, Foundry, Pharma, Engineering, Real Estate, Solar Energy, etc. He have rich experience of setting-up SAP – Kaizen, Japanese TQM, Supply-Chain and CIP the Modern Management Tools and Practices. He had also set up more than 35 manufacturing units in India and Abroad with Marketing and Supply Chain Process.
Sushila Bhagwandas Rupani
Ms. Sushila Rupani is the Non-Executive Director of the Company, aged 71 years, DOB: 05-01-1951, and is a younger sister of Mr. V. B. Rupani, and looks after Mr. Rupnai’s all business interest in India. She has vast experience in running family business.
She is also an active Social Worker in Hyderabad and associated with various NGOs.
Mr. Ranjan Chona is the Director of the Company, aged 71 years, DOB: 09-01-1951, based at Bengaluru, and has done DHM, Post-Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Oberoi School of Hotel Management, New Delhi and completed Post-Graduate Certificate of Management from Lecole Hotelerie, Paris, France. He looks after top level Management Strategic Policy matters of the company. He has worked at Sr. Management position in various industries, having wide Supply-Chain Management Capabilities. He is actively engaged with number of Business-Social Activities at Bengaluru.
Hitesh Vinod Kaswa
Mr. Hitesh Vinod Kaswa is the Executive Director of the Company, aged 45 years, DOB: 24-08-1976, has done his Commerce Graduation from Indore and passed CA Intermediate. He did his CA Articleship from S. Raghunath & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai. He is an entrepreneur and is having more than 26 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts & Taxation. He is also a Tally Authorised Channel & Service Partner since 2006 and a Tally Trainer and Operational Expert. He has served more than 500 customers from various industry segments, like Education, Pharma, Mining, Engineering, Medical, Clubs, etc. His list of customer includes from an individual to MNCs and International Clients. He has travelled to DR Congo and successfully implemented Accounts and Inventory in Tally at Copper Mining and producer giants like Chemaf SARL and Rubamin FZC. He has also served The Hindi Society, Singapore as an accounts consultant. He has clients in DR Congo, Nigeria, Dubai, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and across India. After CA Articleship, he started his career as a Commerce and English Teacher and a Cricket Coach in a private school at Indore. Thereafter he established a retail cloth shop in Indore. In 2005, he again shifted to Mumbai and joined Antraweb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Tally Auth. Service Centre) as a Tally Support Executive and worked there for a year.
